Ronan Pensec Travel has been appointed by (Etape du Tour organization) ASO as an official agent for the Etape du Tour.
With Ronan Pensec yearlong experience of the Tour de France and Etape du Tour, we have an added advantage that allows us to provide you with the best program.
With this program, we offer you to spend 2 nights in 1* hotel in Gilly sur Isère (Albertville suburb) and 1 night right at the finish in a 3* residence in La Toussuire. The rooms have been booked on half board the first two days and on B&B on Day 3.
Since traveling on your own, you will meet our staff at the hotel on July 6th and will be free to leave again at your convenience on July 9th. You will not be depending on our bus schedules.
If you prefer to travel light and have your bike transferred from the UK directly to your hotel, we can arrange for it. Just ask us!
Our planning and logistics will ensure that you will be able to concentrate on your own enjoyment.
This is the 20th edition of the Etape du Tour and the second edition with 2 races. The first Act welcomes you in the Alps.
In our "Start and Finish" package, we included:
• You will be staying right in the start town and will not have to get up in the middle of the night to get to the starting line. Quite to the contrary, you’ll be able to reach it from your hotel in a couple of minutes! Same is valid for the visit of the village.
• At the finish, you will be one of the few privileged ones who will be able to ride from the finish line to your hotel. While the other competitors wait for their transfer back, you will be able to take it easy!
Twenty years after Winter Olympics, Albertville gives the departure of an alpine stage with a dense program, and drawn on a reduced format.
On 140 kilometers, the riders will pass the Col de la Madeleine, the Col de la Croix de Fer and the Col du Mollard before attacking on the way up towards the resort of Toussuire. Of what to scatter the candidates for the title.
