Ronan Pensec Travel has been appointed by (Etape du Tour organization) ASO as an official agent for the Etape du Tour.
With Ronan Pensec yearlong experience of the Tour de France and Etape du Tour, we have an added advantage that allows us to provide you with the best program.
With this program, we offer you to spend 2 nights in a charming 4* hotel in Pau and 1 night right at the finish in Bagnères de Luchon. Both hotels have been booked on half board (room, breakfast and dinner including wine and water).
Our staff will pick you (and your bike) up at the airport in Toulouse on July 12th and will be with you throughout your entire stay with us. Should you prefer to travel light and have your bike transferred from the UK directly to your hotel, we can arrange for it as well. Just ask us! On July 15th, our bus will take you back to the airport (please refer to our detailed itinerary for transfer times).
Our planning and logistics will ensure that you will be able to concentrate on your own enjoyment.
This is the 20th edition of the Etape du Tour and the second edition with 2 races. The second Act will be a “royal journey” for those who will dare attacking the mythical Pyrenean climbs on this almost 200 km long stage.
In our "3 nights in Pau" package, we included:
- The airport shuttle (on day 1 and day 4) from/to Toulouse airport as well as the transfer of your personal items to the finish on the day of the Etape (day 3).
- Hotel right in the start town: 4 star hotel Villa Navarre. You will not have to get up in the middle of the night to get to the starting line. Quite to the contrary, you will be able to reach it from your hotel in a couple of minutes! Same is valid for the visit of the village.
- Hotel right in the finish town. While the other competitors wait for their transfer back to their hotel, you will be able to take it easy and relax in your hotel! The hotel we reserved is the 4 star Hotel Acta Luchon in Bagnères de Luchon.
- We will take care of the transfer of your personal items to the Bagnères de Luchon
This will be the starting point of a 200-km-long stage right in the heart of thePyrenees, with giant mountains where the history of cycling and of the Tour de France has been written.
The road to Luchon will offer no respite: Aubisque, Tourmalet, Aspin and Peyresourde!
